6. Shipping & Delivery- Delivery is available within Austria and selected EU countries.
- Delivery times are estimates.
- Shipping rates are shown at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
If a package is damaged upon arrival, please notify the courier and us immediately.
7. Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal Policy7.1. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (food items, edible oils, gourmet goods), Granza does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Preference-based dissatisfaction
This strict policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.
7.2. EU Legal Requirement — Defective Goods
Under EU and Austrian consumer laws, customers may be entitled to remedies ONLY if the product is:
- Damaged,
- Defective, or
- Not as described.
In such legally mandated cases, we will offer one of the following, as required by law:
- Replacement (preferred),
- Repair (if applicable), or
- Store credit (only if a replacement is unavailable).
Refunds are not offered unless explicitly required by law and no alternative remedy is possible.
7.3. Withdrawal (Right of Cancellation)
According to EU law, the 14-day withdrawal right does NOT apply to:
- Perishable items
- Opened or unsealed food products
- Edible goods whose safety may be compromised once shipped
Since our items fall under these exceptions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to Granza purchases.
8. Intellectual PropertyAll product names, packaging, images, logos, designs, and text on the website are the property of Granza.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
