This Payments Policy explains how payments are processed when you purchase products from Granza (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.


1. Accepted Payment Methods
Granza accepts the following secure payment methods:
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express – depending on your payment gateway)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)
  • Klarna or other Buy-Now-Pay-Later services (if supported)

2. Payment Processing
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Once payment is completed, you will receive:
  1. Order Confirmation Email – acknowledging receipt of your order.
  2. Payment Confirmation/Receipt – generated by the payment provider.
  3. Shipping Confirmation Email – when your order has been dispatched.
A binding contract is formed only when we send the shipping confirmation.


6. Fraud Prevention & Verification
To protect our customers and business, we may require additional verification, such as:
  • Address confirmation
  • Identity documents
  • Payment method confirmation
Orders may be canceled if fraud is suspected or if verification is not completed.


7. No Cancellations After Payment
Because our products are food items and may be prepared or packed immediately after ordering:
  • Orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed.
  • No refunds are provided, except when legally required (e.g., defective goods that cannot be replaced).

8. No Refunds
Granza maintains a strict no-refund policy, including for:

  • Shipping delays outside our control
Refunds are only issued when required by Austrian/EU law, and only if no other remedy (replacement or repair) is possible.


9. Chargebacks
If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback:
  • We reserve the right to contest the claim and provide evidence of delivery and payment authorization.
  • Continued misuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.
